Ferrari F12 / 812 Full Valvetronic Exhaust System VANTA Edition - Yonristic Performance

Description

Ferrari F12 / 812 Full Valvetronic Exhaust System VANTA Edition

The Ferrari F12 and 812 are already icons—high-revving, naturally aspirated V12s with an engine note that deserves to be heard unfiltered. Our full exhaust system is engineered to unlock that character without turning the car into a harsh, unusable “race-only” setup. The layout focuses on improving scavenging and reducing restriction across the entire flow path, using a motorsport-style center section that controls pulse timing and harmonic clarity, then finishing with a rear valved architecture that lets you choose between refined GT manners and full V12 theatre. With the valves open, the flow path is essentially straight-through, delivering sharper throttle response, a cleaner upper-RPM pitch, and the kind of crisp overrun that makes these cars feel alive. With the valves closed, the exhaust routes through the rear canisters to calm cabin boom and keep cruising civilized—so the car stays enjoyable on real roads, not just for short clips.

This system is built around cast components in the critical transition areas (merges/collectors and key junctions), because that’s where airflow quality is won or lost. Cast sections keep the internal geometry consistent, reduce turbulence at high velocity, and improve repeatability across builds. From there, everything is hand-built and hand TIG-welded, with OEM-style mounting alignment so it installs cleanly and sits correctly under the bumper and diffuser. Heat management is treated as part of the engineering, not an afterthought: the optional header package is fully wrapped in heat shielding to protect surrounding components and keep temperatures controlled in the engine bay. For customers who want the cleanest “no-compromise” solution, we offer both 200-cell sport catalysts (street-oriented performance) and free-flow options (maximum output potential), along with an optional valve control module package so the system can be operated either through OEM integration or via remote control—whichever you prefer for your build and driving style. (The reference design we studied uses cockpit flap control modules and emphasizes full heat protection and power-optimized flow paths.)

Key Specifications

Vehicle Fitment: Ferrari F12 Berlinetta / F12tdf (2013–2017) • Ferrari 812 Superfast / 812 GTS (2018–2022)

System Type: Full Exhaust System (rear valved section + optimized center architecture), with optional performance headers

Configuration: High-flow center section engineered for pulse blending and improved scavenging, paired with a rear valved dual-path design for “quiet mode / open mode” personality switching

Valve Control: Optional valve control module package included with the setup (choose OEM integration, remote control, or both depending on your preference and build plan). The studied reference system also supports in-cabin flap control modules.

Materials (System):

  • AISI 304 Stainless Steel (durability, corrosion resistance, OEM-like long-term stability)

  • Ti-4AL-6V Titanium (major weight savings + a sharper, more lively acoustic character)

Casted Components: Cast transitions/collectors in high-impact junction zones for smoother internal geometry, reduced turbulence, and repeatable flow quality across builds

Tips (Optional Add-On):

  • Chrome

  • Burnt (Gold)

  • Burnt (Blue)

  • Forged Carbon Fiber
(tips are optional—choose your finish or run your preferred outlet configuration)

Headers (Optional Add-On):

  • Fully heat-shield wrapped header construction for heat control and reliability under sustained load

  • 200-cell sport catalyst option (best balance of power + street manners)

  • Free-flow option (maximum output potential; intended for track/off-road use where applicable)

Estimated Performance Gains (Typical Ranges, Vary by Config & Tune):

  • Cat-back / rear valved section only: ~ +8–15 HP / +8–14 lb-ft

  • Full system with 200-cell sport catalysts: ~ +18–30 HP / +15–26 lb-ft

  • Full system + free-flow option: ~ +22–38 HP / +18–32 lb-ft

  • With ECU calibration (recommended for maximum results): total combined gains commonly land around +35–60 HP depending on fuel, limiter strategy, and supporting mods
(These are real-world planning ranges; actual results vary by model year, market calibration, catalyst choice, and dyno type.)

Weight Reduction: Material-dependent weight savings; the studied reference design notes meaningful reductions depending on material choice and emphasizes “fully heat protected” construction.

Manufacturing & Fitment: CNC-machined interfaces where applicable + hand TIG welding + OEM-style mounting alignment for clean bolt-up and correct tip positioning

Installation: Bolt-on architecture designed around factory mounting points (no hack jobs; intended to install cleanly with proper alignment and clearance)

1) Cast-engineered flow paths that stay stable at high RPM
On an NA Ferrari V12, the top end is everything—if your junctions create turbulence, you lose the clean, ripping pull that makes the car special. That’s why we use cast components in the key transition/collector zones: it keeps the internal geometry consistent, improves pulse control through the merges, and helps the note stay “smooth and fast” instead of turning into a messy roar when the revs climb. The result is a system that isn’t just louder—it’s clearer, sharper, and more precise where the V12 lives.

2) Material choice that actually changes the character, not just the weight
Choose AISI 304 stainless steel for a long-term, OEM-durable setup with a deep and stable tone, or step up to Ti-4AL-6V titanium for a more exotic edge and meaningful weight reduction. Either way, everything is hand-built and TIG-welded with a focus on structural integrity and show-quality finish, and the optional header package is fully wrapped for heat control—because temperature management is part of performance, not a separate accessory.

3) Valve control the way enthusiasts actually use it
This platform needs two personalities: calm when you’re cruising, unreal when you’re on it. The rear valved design gives you that split—quiet mode for real driving and open mode for full V12 drama. And because different owners want different control styles, we offer an optional valve control module package so you can run OEM integration, remote control, or both. The reference design we studied also highlights cockpit-controlled flap modules, which is the same “driver-first” philosophy: full control, instantly, without compromising the system’s flow goals.
