• Free replacement of products found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.

What's Not Covered:

• This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or water damage.
• Physical damage to the product that affects its functionality or makes it unsafe to use.

To Claim the Warranty:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the claim process.
2. Provide your order number and details about the defect.
3. The defective projector must be returned to Next Level Neo for assessment and validation of the claim.
4. Upon validation, we will proceed with the replacement of the projector.
